Hi, I'm Jeralee
I'm a 3D Visualiser and Customer Service Advisor, proudly turned UX Designer. Originally from the Philippines, I'm now based in Manchester and have lived here most of my life! With an academic background in Interior Design, I spent 3 years creating 3D-models and flyovers for golf courses around the UK, with the aim to make the golfer's experience smooth and easy to visualise. Through working in Customer Service, I developed a strong feeling of empathy and a motivation to go above and beyond for my customers. I was taught to understand the customer’s perspective while balancing their needs with business needs.
My curiosity for user-centred experiences led me to UX Design, which I realised combined my strengths in problem solving with my flair for visual design. I enjoy creating meaningful work and coming up with creative solutions to everyday problems. As a UX designer I consider myself as the spokesperson for users. I aim to make a positive impact on people's lives by creating products based on their needs and goals.
I'm a curious person who is keen to explore. When I'm not on my laptop creating designs, I like to play volleyball, work out at the gym and of course, travel! Some of my favourite destinations are Greece, Barcelona and Coron (which is an island in my home country).
